Shipping policy

KKC shipping takes 3-5 business days to deliver after processing time.

Once an order is packed and ready to be shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking will be provided via email.  Order and shipping confirmations are automatically emailed to the same email address used to place the order.  Most shipments are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).  

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the same email address used to place the order once it is available.  Please allow time for the tracking information to be updated.  If an issue arises with your shipment, it is best to contact the USPS directly by calling them at 1-800-275-8777.  The USPS has more information on packages that is available to us.   USPS typically has more information on packages that is not displayed on the tracking information

US SALES TAX
KKC collects sales tax for orders shipped within the state of ARKANSAS.

As part of our order processing, we screen all orders for fraud or other unauthorized activity.  We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud.  We also reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or other illegal activity.  We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other illegal activity.
