Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we CAN'T accept returns on new OR USED products.  We'll EXCHANGE ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used products.
We are not responsible if an if an incorrect address is used on an order.  When the original shipment is returned to us by the USPS, a second package can be shipped once shipping fees are paid.
